How to delete your account and personal data

Delete Your Account

You have full control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your WombView account and all associated data at any time.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account information, including email and encrypted password
  • Uploaded ultrasound and optional parent photos tied to your account
  • Generated portraits, generation records, and gallery records
  • Pregnancy journal records and preferences tied to your account
  • Purchase, credit, support report, and analytics records tied to your account, except where limited retention is required for legal, payment, security, or fraud-prevention reasons

This action cannot be undone. Make sure to download any images you want to keep before deleting your account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to your account

    Log in to WombView with your email and password

  2. Go to your Profile

    Click on "Profile" in the navigation menu

  3. Find Account Actions

    Scroll down to the "Account Actions" section

  4. Click "Delete Account"

    Click the red "Delete Account" button

  5. Confirm Deletion

    Click the button again to confirm you want to delete your account

  6. Account Deleted

    Your account and all data will be immediately deleted

Alternative: Contact Support

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact our support team at magic@wombviewapp.com and request manual account deletion. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Data Retention

We delete or disassociate account data after account deletion. Limited records may be retained only when required for legal compliance, payment records, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
