Clear, well-lit photos of 2D or 3D ultrasounds work best. Try to capture the entire ultrasound screen without glare or shadows. Both profile and frontal views are supported.

Yes! The app works with both 2D and 3D/4D ultrasound images. 3D images may produce more detailed results.

We offer 4 professional templates: Soft Morning Light (warm, gentle), Studio Glow (professional studio), Sleepy Swaddle (cozy, muted), and Monochrome Keepsake (timeless black & white).

This optional feature lets you adjust how much the portrait reflects mother's vs father's features (0-100%). It's a fun way to experiment with different combinations!

Portrait generation typically takes 3-5 seconds on modern iPhones. The AI processes everything locally on your device.

Yes! You can create as many watermarked previews as you want for free. You only spend a credit when you unlock the full-resolution version.

Absolutely! All image processing happens on your device. Your ultrasound photos and generated portraits never leave your phone unless you explicitly enable cloud features.

By default, all images are stored locally in the app on your device. You have full control and can delete them anytime from the Gallery.

Yes! You can export portraits as high-resolution PNG or PDF files and share them via any method you prefer.

We only collect: device identifier (for account management), app usage statistics, and purchase history. We never collect your name, email, location, or any personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

In the app, go to the Purchase tab, select your preferred pack (3 or 5 photos), and complete the purchase through Apple's secure payment system.

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. You can use any payment method linked to your Apple ID (credit card, Apple Pay, Apple Gift Card, etc.).

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple within 90 days of purchase. Go to: App Store → Account → Purchase History → Find WombView → "Report a Problem". We cannot directly process refunds.

First, try restarting the app. If credits still don't appear, contact us at support@wombview.app with your transaction ID (found in App Store → Account → Purchase History).

Try these steps: 1) Force quit and reopen the app, 2) Restart your iPhone, 3) Check for updates in the App Store, 4) Free up storage space (100MB+ recommended), 5) If issues persist, contact support.

Check that WombView has permission to access your photos: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → WombView → Select "All Photos" or "Selected Photos".

This can happen if: 1) The ultrasound image is too dark or unclear, 2) Your device is low on memory, 3) The image format is unsupported. Try using a clearer photo or restarting the app.

No. WombView is an entertainment app that creates artistic interpretations, not medical predictions. Do not use generated images for medical decisions.

No. The AI creates artistic portraits based on ultrasound features and chosen styles. It's for fun and keepsakes, not accurate prediction.

These are artistic creations, not medical images. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice and information about your pregnancy.

Yes! The app only processes existing ultrasound photos. It does not perform any scans or emit any radiation. It's completely safe.

In the app: Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. Or visit our Account Deletion page for detailed instructions.

Your account is tied to one device. Contact support@wombview.app if you need to transfer to a new device.

Your account remains inactive. If you reinstall, your credits will be restored. Locally saved images will be deleted (unless backed up to iCloud Photos separately).
