What image formats are supported?
WombView supports JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. We recommend using clear, well-lit ultrasound photos for best results.
How do credits work?
You get 3 free credits when you sign up. Each credit unlocks one full-resolution portrait. Watermarked previews are always free!
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests must be made through Apple within 90 days of purchase. Open the App Store, go to your account, and select "Report a Problem" next to your purchase.
Is my data private?
Yes! All image processing happens on your device. Your ultrasound photos never leave your phone unless you explicitly enable cloud features.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Force quit and reopen the app, 2) Restart your iPhone, 3) Check for app updates in the App Store, 4) If issues persist, contact support@wombview.app
